• Content generated by Branway is based on your inputs.
• Branway makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, originality, or suitability for any specific purpose.
• Users are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated outputs in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.

4. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the Branway platform, including software, design, and technology, belong to Branway.
• AI-generated outputs are provided for your use, but you must ensure they do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Branway is not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of generated content.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.
